Valerie Cockerham

Valerie Cockerham has been a hairstylist for over five years. Valerie graduated from Mitchell’s Cosmetology College. She has worked at Harper’s Salon for three years. Valerie's love for the art of hairstyling is reflected in her work, from color and cutting to a simple blowdry. She strives to always continue her education through hair shows, classes and reading the latest articles about the industry. Her clientele ranges from kids to seniors so she is versatile in her styling and cutting abilities.

Cyndy is our full time nail artist and also does facial waxing.

Cyndy has worked in the “over the mountain” area for over 14 years. She was trained with Aveda as an esthetician and manicurist. She now does nails for Harpers along with facial waxing. Cyndy says she feels fortunate to work in the beauty industry. “I love my work, I never call it a "job", each and every client is special and I enjoy making them look and feel beautiful”. In her free time, Cyndy likes spending time with friends, seeing movies, reading, watching tv, doing yoga and being with her dog, Cookie.

Jennifer Kennedy
Jennifer is a graduate of Alabama A&M University as well as Aveda Institute of Birmingham. Jennifer has a passion for hair and believes continuing her education is the "key" to success. she specializes in updo's, color, and extensions. Jennifer's personal mission statement is " changing the world of beauty through a unique eye". In her spare time Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her husband Jeffrey, and daughter Khloe.

Amber Taylor
Amber graduated from the Aveda Institute of Birmingham in 2010.Her favorite thing to do is color, and she loves to develop new and creative formulas to suit your color needs. In her spare time Amber enjoys doing makeup, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

Lee Timmons
Lee is a graduate of Florida State University as well as Mitchell Cosmetology College. She enjoys performing a wide range of hair services, but her specialty is cutting and design. Lee specializes in creating fun haircuts and designing a style to fit her clients personal taste and lifestyle. In her free time Lee enjoys live music and dining out in all of Birminghams hot spots. She loves to spend time outdoors as well with her two dogs Manny and Tucker, and her cat George.
